Mansfield pub to re-open after £200,000 refurbishment


A Mansfield pub is set to create 10 new jobs following a £200,000 transformation.

The Talbot on Nottingham Road is due to re-open week after a refurbishment which has taken a number of weeks.

General manager, Andrew Haseldine-Hart, said: “My team and I are very excited for the pub to be undergoing such a huge transformation.

“The Talbot is a popular pub for both locals and visitors alike.”

The pub, which is run by the Spirit Pub Company, will continue to serve food.

Potential staff members are now being sought by Mr Haseldine-Hart to work front of house as well as in the kitchen.
