Bosses who are thinking of taking part in the Chad Business Awards can pick up top tips on making an impact with their entries at a seminar taking next month.

Pure Event Management will hold an interactive, information Business Awards Workshop for anyone interested in entering business awards at Mansfield Manor, on Thursday, August 7th.

Owner Lucinda White, has run several award workshops across the UK and received 100% positive feedback from the 200+ businesses who have attended so far.

In 2013, Lucinda had a 72% success rate of the awards she has written and a 69% of the awards she has critiqued being shortlisted or winning.

The workshop will look at the benefits of entering business awards, how to ensure you are choosing the right category, what the judges are looking for, top tips for producing a creative and well written award entry, how to maximise being nominated or winning, and a practical opportunity to start putting the theory into practice.

The event is FREE for any business, but places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Chad’s business awards are one of Mansfield’s highest profile awards, winning one of our awards will say a lot about the quality of your organisation and the strength of your team.

The awards attract a wide range of entries from across all sectors from both small and larger organisations, but the winners all have one thing in common – they are truly excellent at what they do and have proved this by winning a Chad Award.

We want to help you raise the profile of your organisation and enhance its reputation by promoting the great work you are doing while at the same time providing you with a platform to celebrate your success.

This is the sixth time the coveted scheme has been held and once again the John Fretwell Centre at Sookholme will play host to a glittering ceremony when the best in business will be showcased.

This year we are awarding honours in 18 categories, with the winners being named at the ceremony which will take place on Thursday the 27th November.
