Broken down vehicle causes disruption on M1
A broken down vehicle is causing traffic problems on the M1 motorway between junctions 29 and 28.
The incident has led to the hard shoulder and the slow lane of the southbound carriageway being closed.
The Highways Agency say they expect traffic to return to normal between 10:45 and 11:00am.
