Officers first appealed for information about Danny on Monday after he was seen leaving his home on Saville Street, Blidworth, on Thursday November 3.
The Neighbourhood Policing Inspector for the area, Louise Clarke said “We are growing increasingly concerned for Danny and have officers working around the clock to locate him.
“We now understand that Danny went to work on Friday and left the area of Crown Farm Way, Forest Town at around 2pm on the same day, 4 November 2016.
“A little later we believe Danny went to the Tesco in the Oak Tree lane area and used the cash machine.”
“This is a very emotional time for Danny’s family and they are being supported by our officers whilst they make their enquiries.”
Keron, Danny’s wife said “Danny is the best husband I could ask for, a true family man and absolutely amazing with the children, he completely worships them. We are all just desperate to have him back.
“This is totally out of character for Danny and I want him to know how much I love him. Our whole family is here and we’ll support him no matter what.
“Danny, if you’re reading this, please come home. We all just want you home.”
When Danny was last seen he was wearing blue work trousers, black Dunlop boots, a cream t-shirt, black Superdry hoody and possibly a hi-vis vest.
If you see Danny, or have any information that can help, please call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 95 of 7 November 2016.
