Reuben Smith, a member of the Sutton in Ashfield school of Tae Kwon Do, was promoted at the T.A.G.B. black belt grading in Bristol. The group trains at Lammas Leisure Centre Saturdays from 9am to 10am and Ashfield School Wednesdays from 6.45pm to 7.45am. Call 01246 851784.
