The unauthorised encampment, which arrived on the Clipstone county park on November 18, has been served with an eviction notice.
Newark and Sherwood District Council obtained a possession order from Mansfield County Court on November 29, which was served on the encampment the same day.
The possession order directed the group to vacate the site immediately, which they failed to do.
A spokesman for Newark and Sherwood District Council said: "Despite the order, the group failed to leave and the council therefore secured a warrant for possession the following day. "County court bailiffs attended the site today (Monday December 3) to serve notice of eviction, which is scheduled to take place on December 4, 2018 at 12pm.”
