Awards for pupils who designed posters to raise littering issues

To help raise awareness of litter issues Beardall Fields Primary School held a design a litter poster competition.'¨Councillor and Vice Chairman of the Council, Mike Smith attended a school assembly to award the school and the three winners, Maisa Karimzada, Daisy Theaker and Austin Wood certificates in recognition of their hard work and efforts.'¨Coun Mike Smith said: 'It is really inspiring that the children from the school want to make a difference in keeping our streets, parks and open spaces litter free.'
