Authority launches new teen magazine

The 32-page YOUTHINC magazine includes information about school, homework, body image and staying safe.

It also includes celebrity interviews, information on the authority’s bus travel and discount scheme for school pupils and a competition to win shopping vouchers.

Coun Damien Greenhalgh said: “As teenagers have been heavily involved in putting it together it’s designed to be just what they want and need.”

The magazine is set to be delivered to schools this week, and a linked website will go live shortly.
