Arrested after Mansfield assault which left a man needed head stitches
A man has been arrested after an assault in Mansfield's town centre which left another man needing stitches to his head.
Officers were called to the assault on White Hart Street at around 4.30pm on Sunday ( September 16).
A 26-year-old man needed stitches to his head after being assaulted.
The 32-year-old man was arrested last night (September 19) on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.
