Application submitted to build three homes in Sutton

A planning application has been submitted to planning authority Ashfield District Council for three new homes on Park View, near Haddon Street.

On the application, the site is currently marked as 'waste land off Haddon Street'

Six parking spaces are also part of the application.

The design and access statement states: "The site is currently open space / wasteland which has been disused for many years."

"All dwellings will be provided with ample parking provisions in line with local policy requirements.

"The site is in a sustainable location and will contribute toward the delivery of much needed housing requirements as identified by government requirements
