Volunteers from the Royal Voluntary Service will be enabling the scheme to work by taking books out to housebound customers.

“We want to set up some new rounds to deliver to housebound people in the Hucknall area,” said library manager Sharon Wells. “The volunteers will take a selection of books or spoken word out to the customers’ homes and then collect them on a regular basis whilst bringing a new selection to choose from.”
