Academy fun day drenching for ‘Miss’
Students had the chance to get their own back on Shirebrook Academy’s sporting head of PE Louise Hawker at their recent fun day.
They got their revenge for any cross country laps of the playing field she may have made them do over the cold winter months by throwing water bombs at her in the sizzling heat.
Among the other attractions were fairground rides, bouncy castles, crazy golf, a miniature petting zoo, a bird of prey display, a bungee run and a dunk tank.
