7.15am travel update for Derbyshire

Motorists and commuters in and around Derbyshire are being warned about the following delays and disruptions to travel today, Thursday, January 22.

The A57 Snake Pass is closed because of snow.

Main Road in Stretton is partially blocked in both directions near the B6014 junction because of an accident.

Spinkhill Road in Spinkhill is closed in both directions between the Green Lane junction and The Avenue junction because of roadworks.

There are temporary traffic lights on the A53 St John’s Road in Buxton between the A5004 Manchester Road junction and the A515 Terrace Road junction.

There are temporary traffic lights on the A6 Chapel Street in Belper at the King Street junction.

There are temporary traffic lights on the A61 Main Road in Higham between the Well Lane junction and the B6013 junction.

There are temporary traffic lights on the A6187 Main Road in both directions in Hathersage between the Crossland Road junction and the Jagger’s Lane junction.

There are temporary traffic lights on the A623 Calver Road in Baslow near the Rutland Arms junction.
