6. The award winning Browns of Holbeck Boutique Bed and Breakfast was established in 1990. The B&B are the only 5 Star Gold Award, with Visit England in North Nottinghamshire. Since 2008 the B&B have been incredibly included in The Michelin Guide. This is a must to treat the loved ones to.

7. Visit the beautiful setting of Clumber Park. Once there, you have a host places near by to visit with the likes of Mr Straw's House, Hardwick, The Workhouse, Southwell and the entirety of the Eastern Moors at your mercy.

8. Explore the beautiful grounds of Newstead Abbey. Walk in the footsteps of romantic poet Lord Byron and discover the rich history of Newstead Abbey from original twelfth century monastic priory through the Victorian era. There are many accommodation opportunities near by that can help you turn this incredible part of the world into a relaxing weekend stay.
