The School House at South Normanton earns good marks from our food critic
If you’re looking for a special place which offers fine food and great service The School House ticks the boxes.
Its quirky interior harks back to its origins as South Normanton’s first school. There’s a mortar board and handbell perched on top of a piano, milk bottles containing fresh flowers on the tables, a cast iron oven and sash windows.
