Prominent Mansfield building put up for sale

The Two Knits which currently occupies 3A Station Street is moving to 30 High Street, Mansfield Woodhouse.

The Two Knits a small haberdashery sells knitting yarn, ribbons, buttons and more.

The shop is currently closed because of the coronavirus outbreak.

Writing on Facebook the owner Two Knits who rented the shop said: “I can do online orders so if you need anything please contact me.”

David Blount are marketing the property for £40,000.

A spokesman for David Blount said: “The property is being sold, simply due to the current business relocating to larger premises.

“It would suit a small independent retailer or even to be used as a lock up, storage facility.

“Internally, it comprises a sales area, kitchenette and cloakroom.

“There is then a sizable pavement frontage.”
