It also has 1,930 square feet of storage space and is available either freehold or leasehold.

The shop is being marketed by FHP, who you can contact on 0115 774 9117.

A spokesman from FHP said: “This property has recently been subject to considerable expenditure in upgrading the external and internal parts of the property.”
