Landmark garden centre and B&B on Mansfield border put up for sale

A landmark B&B and garden centre on the Mansfield border has been put on the market as the owners retire.

Dalestorth Garden Centre and Dalestorth Guest House on Skegby Lane, Sutton-in-Ashfield, has up for sale with a £2,070,000 price tag.

And, RTA Business Consultants, who are marketing the property said that price is sensible and the property has “huge” development potential.

The spokesman said: “It is sensibly priced for genuine retirement sale after 40 successful years trading in the same family hands. Our client will consider splitting the businesses.”

The property sits on 6.5 acres, the nursery taking up one acre of that.

The guest house has 13 guest rooms and a self contained two bedroom apartment.

There is also a six bedroom house which is currently under construction.

If you are interested in the property you can contact RTA Business Consultants on 0161 506 8261.
