And, RTA Business Consultants, who are marketing the property said that price is sensible and the property has “huge” development potential.

The spokesman said: “It is sensibly priced for genuine retirement sale after 40 successful years trading in the same family hands. Our client will consider splitting the businesses.”

The property sits on 6.5 acres, the nursery taking up one acre of that.

The guest house has 13 guest rooms and a self contained two bedroom apartment.

There is also a six bedroom house which is currently under construction.
