The scheme is part of the wider Thoresby Vale redevelopment project by Harworth Estates, which will see Nottinghamshire’s last deep mine transformed into a residential development. The community element, featuring a business park, a retirement village, new primary school, leisure facilities and a 350 acre country park attracted Harron to the development.
John Booth, Managing Director at Harron Homes North Midlands, said: “We are looking forward to providing high quality new homes to the area. Having worked with Harworth Estates previously, we’re certain they share our values, and we are very pleased to work with them in Edwinstowe and to be part of this important redevelopment project”.
