First look inside new £25m waterside scheme in Notts

The £25-million, 81-home Yacht Club, being developed by KMRE Group, is is described as ‘one of Nottingham’s premier waterside residential developments’. and is already 40 per cent sold, having attracted strong interest since construction begun.

And now a show apartment has opened to highlight what is available.

Situated in a riverside location south of Trent Lane, the developer says: “The Yacht Club will offer residents spectacular views of the River Trent, The Hook nature reserve in Lady Bay and Nottingham city.”

One, two and three-bedroom apartments are available, including penthouses, and prices start from £310,000 to £550,000.

Due to be completed in spring 2021, all of the apartments will offer views of the river, as well as on-site parking and outdoor communal spaces.
