The plot off Outram Street, Sutton, already has outline planning permission to build 28 apartments and two retail units.

The plans include 14 one bed and 14 two bed flats on the site.

The plans were granted by Ashfield District Council in October 2018.

Pattinson Estate Agents who are marketing the property said the guide price is £180,000.

A spokesman for Pattinson Estate Agents said: “We are pleased to offer to the market this plot of freehold land, situated at Outram Street.

The site is a triangular shaped plot totaling 0.15 hectare.
