Agents sign up to viewing day

The event takes place on 17th and 18th September and will see more than 1,300 agents throughout the UK helping committed buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants complete their sale or purchase by the end of the year.

Frank Innes also took part in the last UK-wide Open House event in May which attracted over 31,000 viewings over one weekend.

Launching the Open House weekend Jonathan Simpson, Frank Innes’s Managing Director said: “Previous open house weekends have seen sales agreed on properties before the end of the weekend, which is an excellent result for the seller and the buyer.

“The attraction for our clients – both buyers and sellers - is the potential for home movers to see the widest selection of properties within one weekend, without having to make several appointments spanning over a number of days.

“There is still time for local homeowners and landlords to sign up and take part. We expect this event to be the biggest yet as we are currently seeing a huge amount of buyer interest in the properties we currently have for sale, especially within the East Midlands area.”
