A spokesman for John Sankey said: “These detached premises have been used as an auction gallery for many years but are now vacant and offers great potential.

“There is a large auction room together with rear storage space, a kitchen and a rear entrance area.

“Externally there is a rear yard/garden and outside toilets.

“The premises could be suitable for storage or even redevelopment subject to planning consent.”

There is however no power connected to the property and it “needs some improvements”.

The premises has a floor area of approximately 1687 square feet.
