Landmark Mansfield hotel, bar and restaurant set to be sold for almost £500, 000

The Midland Hotel, on Station Road is a 24 bedroom hotel with a public bar, restaurant, breakfast room and conference room.

SDL Auctions Online, has said the property is on a online auction with the guide price of £480,000.

Bidding will end on April 15 at 2pm.

A spokesman for SDL said: “The hotel is well positioned property which offers a superb opportunity for further development in a town that is sorely lacking good quality hotel accommodation.

“We are advised that there has previously been planning permission for the part demolition of the property to create 100 plus bedroom hotel. This has since lapsed and would require a new planning application.”

The hotel also comes with parking for 21 vehicles and a two-bed managers flat.
