It is British Food Fortnight until October 4 – and one trend the nation has taken to in a major way in recent years is the bottomless brunch.
If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, think dishes like eggs Benedict and smoked salmon, French toast or pancakes with creative toppings, coupled – most importantly – with unlimited servings of drinks like Prosecco, Buck’s Fizz or Aperol Spritz.
