The Market Street shopping centre, spanning over 150,000 square feet in Sutton, features 40 retail units, three kiosks, a café, a market hall, and a modern multi-story car park with 250 spaces.
It is currently up for auction on December 12 as part of the upcoming Acuitus auction, with a guide price ranging from £3.25 million to £3.5 million.
It generates approximately £542,325 per annum in net operating income.
In 2021, the Idlewells Shopping Centre celebrated its 50th anniversary.
