Two more patients die from Covid-19 in Mansfield hospitals

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust documented that an additional two people had died from the virus in the last 24 hour reporting period, according to the latest figures from NHS England.

The Trust which runs King’s Mill Hospital in Sutton, Mansfield Community Hospital and Newark Hospital, now has a total of 209 Covid-19 related fatalities since the crisis first hit back in March.

Across the country, a further 372 people, who tested positive for the coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England up to 41,310.Patients who lost their lives were aged between 19 and 103 years old and all except 17 people were confirmed to have suffered from underlying health conditions.

The fatalities range from April 7 to December 1 of this year.
