Across the UK, another 44 COVID-19 hospital deaths were confirmed today, Saturday, July 4, taking the total to 33,443.

The latest figures from NHS England are for confirmed deaths at hospitals in the 24 hours up to 5pm on July 3.

Across all settings, 44,198 people are known to have died in the UK after testing positive for COVID-19.
