New lockdown restrictions come into force today (Wednesday, October 14) means meeting friends and family indoors is now illegal across all of Nottinghamshire.
Under Tier 2 restrictions you must not socialise with anybody outside of your household or support bubble in any indoor setting, or socialise in groups of more than six outside.
Mansfield Chad photographer Brian Eyre headed into Mansfield town centre to see how the town is looking on day one of local lockdown.
