Another hospital patient dies after testing positive for Covid-19 in Mansfield area
Another patient has died at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust after testing positive for Covid-19, according to the latest NHS England figures released this afternoon.
It means the trust’s coronavirus death toll now stands at 114.
Government statistics also show there are currently 1,958 confirmed cases of the virus across Nottinghamshire – 1,363 in Nottinghamshire county and 595 in Nottingham city.
In total, 36,393 people have now died with coronavirus in hospital, care homes and the wider community across the UK.
