Coronavirus: No new Mansfield deaths in lowest Friday increase since lockdown began
The coronavirus death toll in Mansfield remains static in the lowest deaths increase on a Friday since lockdown.

So far 124 people who tested positive for the deadly bug have died in the care of the Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which runs King’s Mill Hospital, Mansfield Community Hospital and Newark Hospital.
Across England a further 22 people who tested positive for Covid-19 have died over the past day, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,013.
Patients were aged between 52 and 99 years old. All patients had known underlying health conditions.
It’s the lowest increase on a Friday during lockdown and the lowest Friday overall since nine deaths were announced on March 13- almost two weeks before lockdown began.
The figures were provided by Public Health England as part of its daily breakdown.
