Mansfield school staff rock out for Christmas in viral video

In what has been a strange year for pupils, a Mansfield school is spreading some Christmas cheer with a music video.

After a previous video went viral on Facebook, staff at King Edward Primary School in Mansfield have decided to give parents and pupils a lift with another musical performance.

The school’s staff performed a choreographed routine to ‘Rockin around the Christmas tree’ in the video, which has already been viewed by thousands of their followers.

Teacher Michelle Biston said: “We decided to make another music video for the children and parents to have a giggle at, and to keep everyone’s spirits up after a difficult year.

"Miss Coupe, our music coordinator, took it upon herself to organise the teachers and staff to dance to the video of ‘Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree’.

"It was lots of fun taking part and the ending is a real treat!”
