The report stated 'People’s needs were well supported.' and 'good quality care at The Fieldings' and 'staff team strived to provide the best quality care.'.

Manager Rebecca Hole says that this is not the time to become complacent now, we always want to improve and be the best we can. The team are now working towards their next goal, which is to gain 'outstanding'.
