Mental health care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield has its first ever ‘GOOD’ rating from CQC

The Fieldings cares for up to 47 residents with a range of mental health conditions.
Over the last year Rebecca Hole (manager) and her team, have worked really hard to improve the standard of care for those staying at The Fieldings.

Hide AdIn a range of areas such as infection control, activity provision, social inclusion, medication and safety the team have really come together to ensure that the care and support given to residents is of the highest quality.
In previous inspections there has always been at least one of the qualities that has required improvement, but the inspection carried out in August has finally acknowledged the hard work and gained GOOD in all 5 of the areas required by CQC.
The report stated 'People’s needs were well supported.' and 'good quality care at The Fieldings' and 'staff team strived to provide the best quality care.'.
Manager Rebecca Hole says that this is not the time to become complacent now, we always want to improve and be the best we can. The team are now working towards their next goal, which is to gain 'outstanding'.
