Bannatyne Spa Mansfield one of first in area to introduce new Ashmira Sonic Energy Holistic body treatment

The new treatment brings together sound healing and a Chinese clay massage to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance. Using non-setting pink clay blended with Yin essential oils, the body is cocooned in warmth before gentle vibrations from heated sound bowls help to ease tension and calm the mind.
A specialised Chinese massage technique is then used to stimulate the body’s meridians, helping to release stagnant energy and support both physical and emotional wellbeing. The experience concludes with the application of hot towels, leaving the skin soft, nourished and the body feeling fully restored.

Michelle Bailey, spa manager at Bannatyne Spa Mansfield, said: “We’re thrilled to be introducing the Ashmira Sonic Energy Holistic Body Treatment to our members and guests. It’s a truly transformative experience that goes beyond traditional massage, using the healing power of sound to relax the body and calm the mind. People are increasingly seeking treatments that nurture holistic wellbeing, and this addition perfectly reflects that trend.”
Duncan Bannatyne, chairman and chief executive of the Bannatyne Group, said: “At Bannatyne Spas, we’re committed to offering our members and guests the latest innovations in health, beauty, and wellbeing. The Ashmira Sonic Energy Holistic Body Treatment is a wonderful example of how traditional techniques can be combined with modern wellness practices to create a deeply restorative experience.”
