A showhome is expected to open early next year and the first residents are anticipated to move into their new homes in the spring.

Ben Felton, Avant Homes East Midlands managing director, said: “Silverhill Edge is a great example of our continued commitment to delivering quality new homes for everyone in locations where people want to live.

“Positioned close to both the A38 and the M1, Silverhill Edge is ideally situated for commuters to both Chesterfield, Mansfield and Nottingham.

“With works now underway, we look forward to releasing the first homes for sale at Silverhill Edge and help buyers make their next move to this vibrant new community a reality.”
