Deesh Dhindsa and Hannah Cobb, from the award-winning Sally Montague Hair Group’s Duffield and Belper salons respectively, proved their crafting credentials when they were invited to assist L’Oréal Professionnel at the Topshop Unique show at this season’s London Fashion Week.

Director Sally Montague said: “It’s fantastic that members of the Sally Montague Art Team are invited to work backstage at London Fashion Week each season, especially for high street giant Topshop Unique, the fashionistas favourite. Our clients will be thrilled to be given fresh on-trend hair advice by our savvy session stylists.”

Held on Sunday September 14 at the Topshop Show Space, London, the dynamic duo, headed up by hairdressing hero, Anthony Turner for L’Oréal Professionnel, crafted styles to complement the SS15 collection.

The show took inspiration from historical looks worn in British coastal towns, opening with an array of sporty slogan-printed jumpers teamed with plain pencil skirts, frivolous girly frills, stripes and sparkles.

Evening wear was delicate and sheer with 20s inspired beading and ruffled hemlines, once seen skimming the floors of Blackpool’s ballrooms.

The Sally Montague Hair Group was established in 1983 and now boasts six salons throughout Derbyshire, with the latest addition opening in May 2013 on Sadler Gate in Derby’s Cathedral Quarter.
