Selston company is all about putting business at the heart of the community
The co-founder of a Selston business says she is all about community and innovation.
Rove! Motorhomes was founded three years ago by Natalie Drewery, her husband and her best friend.

Natalie has been immersed in the sector since 2005.
She grew up in the motorhome industry and continues the family tradition, blending experience with fresh ideas, which includes a customer-first approach such as smaller, friendly showrooms and prioritising personalised service over rapid expansion, as well as forward-thinking approaches, such as the ‘buy direct’ service, which allows customers who are disabled or unable to visit in person to purchase and receive vehicles.
As well as the Selston, showroom on Mansfield Road, the business now has showrooms in Mansfield and Gunthorpe and the company has grown steadily.
Natalie feels this reflects post-pandemic travel trends which has seen a rising demand for domestic holidays and motorhome travel.
She said: “Rove! has tapped into this market by highlighting how motorhome travel allows families and retirees to explore the UK safely, flexibly, and affordably.”
But Natalie, who balanced a career in operations with studying law, says the secret to Rove!’s success is more than just good customer service – it’s about being immersed in the community it is part of.
Rove! has sponsored Ravenshead Reds FC’s 50th anniversary kits and has backed motorsport talent, including double British Superbike champion Kyle Ryde for the 2025 season.
Natalie said: “Supporting local teams like Ravenshead Reds is really important to us.
"As a business, we want to give something back to the community that supports us.
Natalie is also a flag-bearer for female-led entrepreneurship, building a successful motorhome business in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
She said: “We didn’t set out to grow quickly, we set out to do things properly.”
"For us, it’s about building trust with customers and creating a business that people come back to time and again."
