Ribbon cut to unveil brand new homes in Skegby

Harron Homes unveiled the four-bedroom Nidderdale and Settle showhomes at Brierley Heath, in Stanton Hill.

Attendees at the public launch were treated to traditionally British fish and chips, to celebrate a traditionally British village community.

Coun Tony Brewer cut the ribbon to the showhomes, before enjoying an exclusive tour of the properties.

The Nidderdale caters to modern family needs with a spacious living room and bay window that floods the room with light.

The utility room is also accessible from the kitchen and features a downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

The other three bedrooms are served by a modern family bathroom.

The Settle is also designed with family life in mind, ranging from the French doors opening up the kitchen-diner to the living room with a feature bay window.

A separate utility room also offers access to the garden and the integral garage.
