Mansfield recruitment experts celebrate record-breaking year
Mansfield recruitment experts Senior Salmon have revealed that they are celebrating a record-breaking financial year.
The company, based at Oakham Business Park on Hamilton Way, was set up in 2012 by Martyn Salmon and Jamie Senior to provide expert recruitment solutions for sectors including commercial, industrial, driving, and engineering. The company’s clients are mainly in the Mansfield, Ashfield, and wider Nottinghamshire areas, and supplies multi-billion pound blue-chip companies and local firms, helping maximise their efficiencies. Last year saw a number of major client wins, including Integrated Doorset Solutions Limited, a Mansfield company that is setting the standards in its field both in terms of manufacturing and in compliance and certification. The IDSL Group recently acquired Fire Doors Rite Ltd, generating £73m of Compliance Services to the industry this year. The wins have seen Senior Salmon clock up a £16m turnover figure, which would make it a record-breaking 12 months to March. Martyn Salmon said: “We have always known that we have wanted to become the go-to recruitment people in the Mansfield and Ashfield area and we are on course to achieving that. “It is a crowded field and there is some good competition, but I think we stand out because of our local knowledge, sector expertise, and our transparent approach to doing business.
