Mansfield Doggy Day Care, on Hermitage Lane, has numerous fully secured play areas, furnished with exciting dog friendly play equipment, comfortable beds, sofas and rest zones, access to both indoor and outdoor areas, plus ball pool pits to keep dogs happy, entertained and comfortable throughout their stay.

Owners Nathan Edge and Emma Fotheringham, along with general manager Catherine Rhodes and seven members of staff, have a wide range of experience and qualifications relevant to caring for dogs and understanding canine behaviours.

The centre provides both mental and physical activities to help keep the dogs stimulated, entertained and happy during their visits.

This can be through playing scent-based games, working on certain training techniques, practicing agility and simply just interacting with the staff or other dogs at the centre.

Nathan said: “We all love our dogs and wish we could be at home with them all the time but we know that’s not always possible.

“That’s why we wanted to create Mansfield Doggy Day Care, so they have a home from home and you no longer have to feel guilty when leaving them alone.

“Throughout the day we also send photo updates to each owner, and every dog receives a report card at the end of their visit”
