It has now arranged a live Facebook question and answer session to help any potential future employees understand more about the company and the type of home care roles available.
The Chad recently featured one of the company’s home carers Skegby mum Andrea Riddoch who shared a glimpse into her work.
Scott and Paul will be hosting the 45-minute live Q&A session on Monday, February 22 between 7.30pm and 8.15pm at its Facebook page Your Home Care.

Scott said: “Because we aim for the highest of standards, and we are approaching things differently to all other home care providers in the area, we are becoming known as the people who go the extra mile to look after people in our care.
“We are unique in many ways, such as offering the RESTORE2 programme that means our staff can monitor a person’s health and alert the relevant authorities should anything need to happen, and we utilise the very best in modern technology.”
Paul added: “Your Home Care needs to recruit people who share our ethos of putting people first. We need special team members who not only do the job properly but also have a caring approach in everything that they do.”
