Deanestor provided a complete furniture and fit out service for both bedrooms and kitchens.

The Mansfield firm manufactured and installed the kitchens in 15 different configurations to suit the range of apartment sizes and layouts. The sleek, high-end open-plan kitchens had marbled white granite-effect worktops, an oak-effect finish to the breakfast bars for two to six people, and moulded cabinet doors with integrated handles.

The base units and drawer fronts were finished in contemporary indigo blue and contrasting white for the wall cabinets. There were also full-height service cupboards in indigo blue for the kitchen and utility areas, full-height pantry cupboards, and each kitchen had a microwave and full-sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, and hob.

All the appliances were integrated for an enhanced finish and fitted by Deanestor’s installation team.

Door backs were colour-matched for a high-quality finish, and the kitchens were manufactured to very tight tolerances for this high specification, design-led residential scheme.

The contract also included a full design service and the manufacture of nearly 300 bespoke freestanding wardrobes for each apartment which were finished in cashmere.

The high specification cabinets were crafted using robust glue and dowel constructions and units we re pre-assembled in Mansfield to ensure high quality and to reduce work on site.
