Mansfield door manufacturer supplying Nightingale hospitals expects business to grow by £2m in 2020

Integrated Doorset Solutions and its sister business Performance Joinery , which have premises on Ratcher Way and Concorde Way, expect revenues to grow by at least £2million this year.
The companies supply specialist doors and fittings to the healthcare, education, commercial and high-end residential sectors, and won several significant commissions in recent months.

Hide AdChairman Nigel Richmond said: “The coronavirus outbreak meant many existing healthcare building projects have been accelerated and we’ve also been commissioned to work on new projects, including the temporary NHS Nightingale hospitals in Manchester and Exeter.
“We’ve got a very strong order book and the future looks really positive. We only started the business five years ago and within that time we’re really proud that we’ve been able to create about 250 skilled jobs, which is fantastic for Mansfield."
The growth has been accompanied by a £400,000 investment in new machinery, backed by Lloyds Bank.
The two computer-controlled machining centres, a superset moulder and a profile sander will make their factories faster and more efficient while also ensuring consistently high quality and improved health and safety.

Hide AdNigel said: “These new machines will help us meet the increasing volume of work that’s coming in, as well as expanding the range of products we’re able to supply.
Integrated Doorset Solutions was founded in 2015 and posted revenues of £19m last year – set to grow to £21m in 2020.
Performance Joinery was founded by the same team last year to provide ancillary products like door frames, architrave, glazed screens and skirting boards. It will achieve more than £3m in revenues in its first year of business.
