Kirkby welcomes new trailers as family-owned haulage company launches ambitious upgrade program
In a significant milestone for a Kirkby business, siblings Mark and Rebecca Taylor have officially taken delivery of their first batch of newly-liveried trailers for their family-owned haulage and storage company, MTL Logistics.
This marks the beginning of a comprehensive three-year replacement program aimed at upgrading their fleet of 200 trailers, all while honouring more than 50 years of family tradition in the road haulage industry.
With a legacy rooted in the local community, Mark and Rebecca represent the third generation of their family to participate in the haulage sector.
Their commitment to enhancing their fleet is not only about modernising operations but also contributing positively to the local economy by supporting local manufacturers, such as SDC Trailers—who are set to deliver additional trailers in September this year.
