Homebuilder offering five per cent boost for Nottinghamshire home buyers
Housebuilder David Wilson Homes has announced the launch of its five per cent head start offer now available across its developments in Nottinghamshire.
On selected homes in the county, home buyers can receive a contribution worth five per cent of the property price, which they can put towards the costs that matter most to them.
Among the developments where the offer is currently running are Stonebridge Fields in Warsop, Hunters Place at Fernwood Village and The Hawthorns in Sutton.
Purchasers can choose to use the contribution towards their deposit, to help with Stamp Duty fees, or even to help furnish their brand-new home.

The head start offer is designed to give buyers greater flexibility and support at a time when upfront costs can often feel overwhelming, helping to make the home buying journey more accessible.
Rachael Harrison, sales director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said: “At David Wilson Homes, we understand that saving for a home involves more than just the purchase price.
"That’s why our five per cent head start offer is designed to give buyers added flexibility when it comes to managing those initial costs.
“Whether it’s putting the contribution towards a deposit, covering Stamp Duty, or helping to furnish a new home, this offer allows customers to use the support in a way that suits their individual needs.
“We’d encourage anyone interested in finding out more to visit our developments in Nottinghamshire and speak to our sales teams about how the offer could support their move.”
