Well, now could be your chance as a former convenience store goes under the hammer.

The old Co-op store, on the corner of Carter Lane and Rock Street, is up for auction next month, with a guide price of £125,000-plus.

Auction Estates, which is holding the auction at Nottingham Racecourse on Thursday, February 27, describes it as a “freehold vacant former Co-op convenience store in a densely populated residential area on the outskirts of Mansfield town centre”.
