Fledgling sales and lettings agency strikes Gold
A sales and lettings agency that was launched just three years ago is celebrating after winning a Gold award and being named as one the UK’s top operators.
Mansfield Sales and Lettings Estate Agents, based in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, won the Gold Award for Sales at the Best Estate Agents Guide 2026, and is now recognised as one of the Top 500 Estate Agents in the UK for sales.
A Gold award means that the agency has achieved an “exceptional” rating for sales, meeting the strict criteria for results, for marketing, and for customer service.
Gold award recipients are rated as being in the top five per cent of estate agents in the UK, and Gold is the highest rating available following primary assessment.
Director Rich Gratsa said: “For a small family-run business, we are so proud to have been so successful, especially as we only launched three years ago and only moved into our own premises in August this year.
“The property industry is highly competitive, with national operators and local companies vying for market share.

Mr Gratsa, an ex infantryman in the British Army and a former Wetherspoons manager, set up Mansfield Sales and Lettings with an approach that he says puts the customer first, with no long tie-in clauses and no hidden costs.
