FIRST LOOK: Trampoline and soft play centre in Mansfield given new lease of life

i Fun Mansfield (formerly i Jump) is now so much more than just a trampoline park with a brand new soft play, five a side football pitch, arcade area, ninja warrior style tower and brand new trampoline games court.

Mansfield local Tim Dallison took over the venue in Old Mill Lane Mansfield with a vision to create a community, family focused entertainment venue that would appeal to families with children of all ages.

Mr Dallison, who also runs Robin Hood Entertainment & Soft Play in Newark, said: “I am Mansfield born and bred and know as a father myself how important it is to have somewhere that caters for the whole family, for children of all ages.

"A dedicated trampoline park is great for the older kids but not suitable for those with babies and young toddlers so I knew exactly what I wanted the vision to be.

"I only live down the road from the place so when I found out it was up for sale I thought this is meant to be, this is my calling."

When only one customer turned up on his first day before 4pm Mr Dallison knew it was vital to make the venue more accessible to families with pre-school children.

i Fun now boasts a massive soft play area to cater for toddlers along with a range of dedicated and themed mid week session for youngsters.

And the older children can take advantage of the trampoline park, new ninja tower, climbing wall, arcade area and football pitch.

Mr Dallison said: “I have invested heavily and made substantial changes to this business since I took over the former i Jump site.

"I think some people worry we are taking away all the trampolines but the reality is we’ve only removed 4 small trampolines to make way for a huge soft play area.

"I wanted to create something that was family inclusive and the response from customers has blown me away, we’ve had some great feedback and amazing reviews.”

Mr Dallison plans to continue re investing into the business whilst still keeping prices competitive for families.
