Customers were turned away from the Ashfield Gateway store from 8am this morning, Wednesday, October 21, and were originally informed it was because of a ‘technical issue’ in the DIY store.
However, B&Q have now admitted that the closure was due to a staff member testing positive for Covid-19, and the store has had a deep clean.
